1. Who we are
ShipSense is operated by Muhammad Arsh Khan, Mumbai, India ("we"). These terms govern the free audit and any paid pilot.
2. The free audit
You send a shipment CSV; we return an audit of RTO, NDR patterns, and estimated recoverable amounts within 7 days. The audit is informational. Estimates marked "illustrative" or "benchmark" are not measured results from your data.
3. Paid service
Scope, fees, and term are set in a simple order form or email confirmation before any payment. Fees are invoiced; payment by bank transfer or UPI unless agreed otherwise.
4. Your data
You confirm you are entitled to share the data you send. We process it per our Privacy Policy. You own your data; we own our software, models, and aggregate non-identifying learnings.
5. Disputes with couriers
ShipSense produces evidence and dispute documentation. We do not guarantee any courier or aggregator will accept a dispute or refund any amount. Recovery outcomes depend on third parties we don't control.
6. Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is capped at fees you paid us in the preceding 3 months (₹0 for free-audit users). We are not liable for indirect losses.
7. Termination
Either side may end the engagement with 30 days' notice. Your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
India; courts of Mumbai.
