ShipSense Neutrality Charter — v1.0
Effective 23 July 2026 · Published before our first courier statistic, deliberately.
1. Paid only by merchants.
ShipSense has never taken a rupee from a courier, and never will. No courier fees, no courier commissions, no courier advertising. Independence isn't a claim about our character — it's a fact about who pays us.
2. No exclusivity on bureau-destined data.
Aggregate courier-performance data that feeds any future public index is never sold or licensed exclusively to any party — courier, aggregator, or merchant.
3. Starline is disclosed and excluded.
Starline Exports is our founder's own brand. It is permanently disclosed here, and its shipments are permanently excluded from every published statistic. We dogfood on it; we never count it.
4. Methodology before statistics.
The method behind any number is published before the number is. If you can't check how we counted, we haven't published it.
5. Right of reply before publication.
Before any courier-identifiable figure is ever published, the courier receives the underlying evidence and a reply window, and the reply ships alongside the figure. Nothing courier-identifiable is published today; this rule pre-dates the first time it will be.
6. Exoneration is symmetric.
The same signals that flag a fabricated delivery attempt also clear an honest one. Couriers are cleared by exactly the evidence that would have accused them — most checks end in exoneration, and that is the system working.
7. Ground truth only, on the record.
Courier-facing evidence cites records the courier does not control — tracking physics, public weather data, the customer's own timestamped reply. Model opinions never appear on an evidence sheet.
8. This charter is anchored.
The day this page goes live, its SHA-256 hash enters our public evidence chain (verifiable at app.shipsense.in/verify). Any future edit is a new version with a new hash — never a silent rewrite.
